That's exactly what AirRating does. You get a Risk Score 0–100 before you book — based on the historical delay rate of that specific route and airline, combined with real-time weather and airport congestion. Not a guarantee, but a clear, data-backed signal to guide smarter decisions.
How is AirRating different from FlightAware or FlightRadar24?
FlightAware and FlightRadar24 track flights that are already in the air. AirRating scores future flights — before you book. We combine historical delay patterns, live weather, and machine learning to give you a forward-looking risk signal, not a real-time tracker.
Which routes and airlines are covered?
We cover thousands of routes across Europe and major international corridors, backed by over 1 million real flight records. Coverage is expanding — join the waitlist and tell us which routes matter most to you.
Is AirRating for individual travelers or for businesses?
Primarily B2B. AirRating is built for corporate travel managers, OTAs, and insurers who need flight risk data at scale. Individual travelers can access it too — but the core product is designed to integrate into professional workflows and booking systems.

How reliable is the flight risk prediction?
Our machine learning model is trained on 500k real flights and achieves an AUC-ROC of 0.64 — meaningfully above chance, and in line with the accuracy of short-range weather forecasts in aviation. Every score includes a confidence indicator so you always know how much historical evidence backs it.
